Simone has been in the finance and mortgage industry for over 10 years. His extensive mortgage knowledge includes VA Cash Out Refinances, VA Interest Rate Reduction loans, FHA loans, along with Conventional Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac loan products.

I was skeptical when I received a letter in the mail about VA refinance for equity. But I called anyway. Rob Humann was my consultant. I did have my guard up for a while but he just made my girlfriend and I feel at ease. Little by little my walls came down and I actually learned from Rob while I was refinancing. He is always responsive to texts, calls or emails during the complete process. He is very personable and really knows his stuff. I called to inquire about a refinance and David Collier was the one who returned my call on my refinance. He explained everything to be with each step I had to complete.
