This was my second experience with United Trust Bank. I got a cash out refinance done about a year ago and then recently was able to complete an IRRRL. Mr. Ryan Mook is the loan officer that assisted me with the IRRRL. When I initially was able to apply for the IRRRL my credit score was not high enough. I was instructed for the next couple moths in things to do to help increase my score and stayed in frequent contact with Mr. Mook. As soon as my credit score was high enough to move forward Mr. Mook got things moving on his end and we were able to close within two weeks. Amazing experience, would recommend United Trust Bank to anyone asking and can't wait to continue doing business with them in the future.
